Comfortable stopover

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was a solid choice. The sliding door was a nice touch for some fresh air. The breakfast from the bistro hit the spot, especially the coffee! One little hiccup was the bathroom setup. the sink being outside the toilet area was kinda weird. Still, would totally go back!

The staff were friendly, and the air conditioning was great, but the gym wasn’t clean.

Checked in easily. staff were friendly. My room had a comfortable layout and good temperature control. Enjoyed the cozy bar area in the lobby, perfect for relaxing. The hotel location was great—close to restaurants and attractions. However, my billing experience was frustrating. I noticed an unexpected charge on my statement that staff couldn't explain. The pool was supposed to be open, but it was closed during my stay. this was disappointing as I was looking forward to using it. The restaurant had limited hours, so I had to Uber food instead, which added to my inconvenience. Would return for comfort, but I hope to see improvements in amenities and billing clarity.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Courtyard Syracuse Carrier Circle. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with warmth. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast was delightful, and I appreciated the nearby Starbucks for my morning coffee.

Bathroom layout could be improved.

My stay at Courtyard Syracuse Carrier Circle was delightful! The staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating my needs with a warm smile. The bistro manager truly impressed me with her outstanding service, making breakfast enjoyable. The cleanliness and the inviting courtyard added to the pleasant experience.

Strongly recommend for a couple of nights

Welcoming staff, comfortable room with great air conditioning, and a convenient location just 15 minutes from downtown made my stay enjoyable, especially since the fitness center was also available for a quick workout.

My kids wished the pool hours were longer for evening swims.

The location was super convenient, just 15 minutes from the airport and SU campus. I really liked the modern dining area with a nice vibe and the gas fireplace added to the ambiance.

Multiple issues plagued the stay. the toilet was backed up without prior use, impacting room experience, while reports of pool closure affected guest enjoyment. Hallway aesthetics suffered from exposed pipes, and the screens on sliding doors appeared to be falling off, detracting from the overall cleanliness.
